I can’t begin to list all of the ways Cameron went above and beyond to find us our dream home in Midway and make the purchase process a breeze once he found it. With my wife and I living out of state, it was amazing having someone who has been selling house in the area as long as Cameron that could guide us through the entire process, pros and cons of different areas, things to be mindful of with water rights, insurance, respected home inspectors and real time pulse of the market and the comps. He listened to our must haves and wanted to ensure we were making the best investment for our family and getting a place we would love, with no surprises. Once he found our house, he made several trips up to the property to FaceTime us and give feedback on things that weren’t clear in the listing. He had a good sense, not only selling in the area but being a long time resident himself, what general costs of certain repairs and renovations could go for based on his experiences on other properties. All of our conversations, information and photos shared over, gave us the comfort we needed to move forward with making the purchase. With his knowledge of the market he was able to negotiate a great price for us and a fair sales price for the seller and in addition, some great additional credits for items that needed to be addressed at closing.
